Its soft and supple texture coupled with the unmistakable white pepper spice make this wine unique. Depending on the aging of this wine you will see leather and tobacco tones after 2-3 years in the bottle. REcommended RC-212 yeast, oaking at 200grams American medium for the primary and 200 grams French heavy in the secondary.
