EZ Ferm improved! EZ Ferm 4x4 has all the benefits of the restart yeast, but with an alcohol tolerance of 17.5% with neutral sensory effects. This blend of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Saccharomyces bayanus works well in preventing and curing sluggish and stuck fermentations. It can also successfully produce wine from dehydrated grapes. Optimum fermentation temperature range 12 to 34°C. Dosage: 20-40 g/hL (1.7-3.4 lb/1,000 gal)
